Minor Injuries Unit Posted or Updated on 11 Oct 2023

From (Wednesday 21 July) the Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Service at Mount Vernon Hospital (previously the minor injuries unit) has opened up a direct phone line for patients to contact to book an appointment if they have a minor injury such as a cut, graze, minor burn or simple broken bone.

This is in addition to the usual method patients can use to book an appointment though NHS 111 online and by phone.

To book an appointment, if required, patients can call the service directly on 01923 844263 between 8.00am and 7.00pm, 7 days a week
